Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Items purchased from PureLabels.com are eligible for a full refund if returned in original condition within 30 days of purchase.  Simply call or email delight@elevatepackaging.com

Credits from returns, refunds and exchanges will be applied as a credit to your Elevate Packaging account with us, available to be applied to your next purchase.  Credits applied to online e-commerce orders will be applied to the same online store account where the item was purchased.  The online e-commerce store credits will be available to be applied when making a future purchase on that same account.  Credits are available for up to 1 year from date of purchase.  

REQUIRED RETURN INFO

Be sure to include the following information with returns or exchanges:
- Order# (or Packing List or Invoice)
- Order Date
- Order Method (i.e, Website or Phone Order)
- Customer Name
- Customer Email
- Contact Phone Number
 
We recommend sending all returns by tracked parcel.  Once the return is shipped to us, email us the Tracking#

A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE or CLOSEOUT, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

Some Exceptions:

  • All fees and charges related to a transaction and shipment are the responsibilities of the customer. This includes, and not limited to, shipping charges, customs, duty, VAT, broker fees, bank wire transfer fees, credit card or bank fees and any other fees related to the transaction that is being refunded returned or exchanged. These expenses are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted in the event of a customer requested return, refund or exchange.
  • Modified Return Policy: If you have excessive returns in a 12 month period you may be subject to a modified return policy. We will contact you if you are subject to the modified policy.
  • Customized, printed, cut, or converted items may not be returned unless there has been in error in printing or converting by us, however we always will work to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied and will work to an amicable and fair solution.

DAMAGED ITEMS: If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately.

EXCHANGES: Need to change any items you have already purchased? Exchange transactions can be swapped at no charge or credit when the value of the exchanged products are within US$5.00. For example if $80 of product is being exchanged, it may be exchanged for any items within $75 to $85 as an equal swap.
