In-stock Items: Orders containing in-stock items will be shipped promptly.
Pre-ordered, Out-of-stock, and Back-ordered Items: These products will be shipped as soon as they are available.
Combined Orders: By default, we hold your entire order until every item is available. This means we'll ship everything together, once your pre-ordered items are ready to ship.
If you'd like to receive in-stock items immediately, we recommend placing two separate orders:
- One order for all the in-stock items.
- A second order for the pre-ordered items.
This ensures that your in-stock items are dispatched right away, while your pre-ordered items will follow as soon as they are available.
